Welcome to Fairway Independent Mortgage, the preferred Mortgage Lender in Charlotte. We are a Charlotte Branch of a national independent Mortgage Banker. As an independent mortgage lender, we work for you, our customers, and not to pad the profits a big bank. This allows us to focus on the needs of our mortgage and home loan customers here in the Charlotte area, rather than on the needs of the corporate executives running a bank. We can shop rates with over 40 lenders to make sure our customers are always offered a competitive rate.

Our in-house processors, underwriters, and closers will make the home mortgage loan transaction run smoothly and we will close every loan on-time, under budget, with no hassles.
